NT Thermistor

The glass-encapsulated NT-4 series thermistor from Semitec has excellent sensitivity and heat resistance. The NT-4 thermistors can be used in a variety of applications because they are more reliable, smaller, and respond more quickly than conventional thermistors.

  • Long term reliablity and stability: Resistance drift ≤ ±1%
  • Wide Operating temperature range: -50 oC to +300 oC
  • Wide Application suitability: Multiple B values (3435K–5000K)
  • Thermal time constant approx: 6sec
